Car buyers can still choose a gasoline type of the E, G, and V variants, but the top-range trim level will no longer have the 2.0-liter unit that the previous generation Corolla Altis used to offer. Instead, the top-spec is equipped with a 1.8-liter hybrid motor, and 1.6-liter gasoline remains on non-hybrid models.
