In 2013, Honda Odyssey was available in the market and later got a new look in 2018. Compared to the old models, new models feature a much slimmer and new front face design.

Odyssey tends to be the flagship unit for Honda when it comes to the minivan since Honda is not popularly known in making minivans. Currently, Odyssey generations come with one petrol engine. For the price, it's starting from PHP 2,138,000 with Super Platinum Metallic, Platinum Twinkle Black Pearl, Platinum White Pearl, and Crystal Black Pearl color choices.

The car's suspension part is MacPherson struts at the front with a torsion beam layout on the back. A foot-operated foot brake is also installed in the Honda Odyssey.

The Honda Odyssey is currently the largest model in Honda PH's lineup (Thai model shown)

The shoulder lines have a chrome garnish extended from the edge of the headlamp to the back trail lamp, making it more appealing elegantly.

Honda Odyssey is quite aerodynamic looking due to the slanting front feature. It also looks very classy on the rear due to the V-shape hatch section. The windshield has a sporty looking with a roof spoiler.

Honda Odyssey Interior

On the inside, the sporty look exterior is amazingly conveyed forward with cabin looks for an MPV. Built with a 7-inch touchscreen system unit for entertainment purposes and a touchpad for climate control.

Depending on the set-up, a Honda Odyssey 2023 can have seven or eight people inside. The base trim has standard seating for seven people. The trim composes of two front seats, two captain's chairs, and the third row for the three-seat chair.

Adding the Magic Slide feature, all other trims can occupy eight people. The second-rows can be slid to the side, back, and front for passenger's convenience to get in and exit the vehicle.

Technology & Safety Features

The safety features of the Honda Odyssey are well equipped. An HDMI, Bluetooth feature, and USB connectivity built on the head unit. It also comes with a 2-tweeter 6-speaker build sound system and a pair of 12 volts sockets.

Honda Odyssey has Agile Handling assist for brake and to improve turning response and cornering ability. The system also creates a "yaw moment" during cornering by braking force inside the wheels and reduces understeer.

All Odyssey variants come with touring trims with 18 x 7.5-inch alloy wheels. The fuel tank is molded from density polyethylene for lighter weight. It is located ahead of the rear wheel to avoid collision damage.

Honda Odyssey Engine & Drivetrain

Installed with a 3.5-liter V6 engine and has the capacity to produce 280 horsepower, this large car still has decent acceleration.

The engine is mated with CVT transmission for a smoother ride in urban locations. Its also paired with a front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout. It has a four-cylinder engine with a 2.4-liter capacity, same with Honda Accord and CR-V. The maximum output for the power is up to 175 PS and 226 Nm for peak torque output.
